Caribbean Fem 101 is a workshop that gives the student more of an intimate time studying and embodying afro-Caribbean movement. The first hour includes a full body warm up and focus on a particular technique, female dance creator or style. Second hour includes a short phrase to put it all together and a "bruk out/free up" section where you get to express yourself to the music! As with the general class, you will experience high energy and good vibes taking you on a journey through the West Indies. Be prepared to work in a supportive and educational environment that challenges societal norms of what it means to embrace your "feminine." Workshop is open to all who want to explore Caribbean movement and dig deeper into feminine energy
