   Seacoast Restorative Ceremony:  - join Erika Halaby, co founder of Rooted Rose for an evening dedicated to giving yourself the rest and  loving attention you deserve. We will practice  light movement, an intro to journaling and close with an herbal sensory relaxation meditation. Reiki will be offered throughout the event. No experience required (30 people max/
