Heels X Astrology: Aries SZN

Join Emily of Seacoast Stilettos & Kim Kesslak (certified spiritual life coach, chakra healer, EFE/TFT practitioner) for this unique collaboration of Heels & Astrology for Aries SZN! We will begin class in circle, learn about the characteristics the season embodies, and then move into a guided meditation. From there, we will begin moving our bodies with a guided warm up, followed by beginner friendly heels choreography to "Genesis" by Daniela Andrade. We will ground back into the energy we cultivated at the start of class, after the choreo, with an EFT tapping session guided by Kim.
