Join Emily & Erika for a blend of dance & ceremony in this sensual, heart opening workshop.
First, dive into the cacao ceremony with Erika:
In the opening cacao ceremony portion of the workshop, participants will gather to enjoy a sweetened cup of ceremonial prepared cacao. This sacred non psychoactive drink is known to promote feelings of openness, warmth, and connection at the heart center. We will introduce ourselves and set intentions after sipping to prepare to move into the choreo.
Followed by Heels or Barefoot sensual choreography with Emily to “Chocolat” by Ya Levis.
