Whether you’ve never pointed your toes in your life or you’re reclaiming your relationship to ballet after years away, this class is your invitation to start fresh and  fall in love with the form your way.

We’ll move through foundational barre work at a gentle, accessible pace—focusing on alignment, intention, and the joy of movement. All bodies, backgrounds, and ballet baggage are welcome here.
