Drop into a different energy with a class that will move you. Leave your heels and sneakers at home and come in socks or bare feet. This is your opportunity to leave your heart on the floor and be expressive and passionate in your movement. Depending on the teacher, you will experience across the floor drills, improvisation exercises and repeated choreography. All levels are welcome to this class. Styles vary from teacher to teacher.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 8 hours before the class start time, your pass will be returned to your account for future use. If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class start time, your pass will be forfeited.
