As the nights grow longer, come home to stillness, softness, and your own inner light. Join Emily and Cat for a cozy, candlelit evening of nervous system restoration and energetic renewal. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and EFT tapping led by intuitive energy worker and modern witch Cat Chadwick, guiding you into emotional release and balance. Then, Emily will lead a deeply restorative yoga practice supported by hands-on assists and energy healing.

We’ll close the evening gathered in community with tea and tarot, reflecting on what we’re ready to release and what we’re calling in this winter season.
