Refund, Transfer, & Cancellation Policy:

If you purchased a ticket-

Due to the nature of ticketed events and associated overhead costs, all ticket purchases are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. After this 10-day window, refunds are no longer available. However, tickets may be personally sold and then transferred to another student—please email us at [email protected] with the recipient’s name and email address to complete the transfer.

If you used a pass-

please cancel more than 8 hours before the class start time in order to have the pass returned to your account. If you late cancel within that 8-hour window, your pass will be forfeited.
